Markup, shared prints and what customers see
Markup tables, one print across several garments, and choosing what the customer's copy shows.
- Markup tables In Settings, Price lists, under Markup on blanks, add a table: cost bands down the side (up to A$5, up to A$15, anything dearer) and quantities across the top. Add tables for a supplier, brand or category that needs its own. Garments picked from your catalogue follow the table and update as the quantity changes, until you type your own markup.
- The same print on several garments Press Copy on a garment to add another colour or style. It starts with Same prints as the one above ticked, so the prints are priced on both together and the set-up is charged once. Untick it to give it prints of its own.
- What the customer sees Under What the customer sees on a quote, choose whether their link and PDF show sizes, prints and the price each. Your costs and markup are never shown.
- History and templates Each time a quote is sent, approved or declined, that version is kept under History on the quote. Press View to see it, or the arrow to put it back (the quote as it stands is kept too). Press Save as a template to start new quotes from it: choose it under Start from on a new quote, then add the sizes.
- Short codes Type {customer}, {contact}, {quote}, {job}, {due}, {valid} or {shop} in a quote's note for the customer or in your terms, and they fill themselves in.
