- Two-step sign-in In Settings, Security, set up a code from an app on your phone. Owners and admins must use it.
- Roles Give each person the role they need in Settings, Team. To change one thing for one person, press the sliders next to their name and switch permissions on or off. Remove people who leave; their access stops straight away.
