Invoices and payments

Invoice approved jobs and get paid.

  1. Create the invoice On an approved quote, press Create invoice. It copies every line, so it never changes afterwards.
  2. Card payments In Billing, set up card payments with Stripe. Customers can then pay from their link.
  3. Record a payment For bank transfers, open the invoice and record the payment. Part payments are fine.
  4. Accounting In Settings, Accounting, connect Xero, MYOB Business or QuickBooks, and choose the sales and bank accounts.
