Questions about pricing
Who counts as an office user?
Anyone with the owner, admin, sales or artist role. People with the production role log in free and never see prices or costs.
What happens after the free trial?
Your 14 days start when you sign up, with no card needed. Add a card in Billing any time to keep going. If you don't, your team can't use the app until you do. Your customers' links keep working either way.
Can I change the number of users?
Yes. Invite or remove people in Settings, Team, and the price changes from your next bill, worked out to the day.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown ex GST, with GST of 10% added on your tax invoice. A$129.00 ex GST is A$141.90 inc GST.
What if we go over the texts or AI uses?
200 texts and 300 AI uses are included each month. If you reach the limit, they stop until the 1st of next month, so there's never a surprise bill. During the free trial it's 25 texts and 30 AI uses.
Are there card fees?
Card payments from your customers go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its own fees. We don't add anything on top.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can download your customers, jobs and invoices first.
