Card payments with Stripe

Customers pay invoices and deposits by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, into your own account.

  1. Connect Stripe In Settings, Payments, connect your own Stripe account, or make one. Stripe asks for your business and bank details.
  2. Switch on card payments Turn on card payments and, if you like, a deposit percentage customers pay when they approve.
  3. Customers pay from their link Customers pay from their quote or invoice link. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and Stripe charges its usual fees.
  4. Recorded for you Each card payment is recorded on the invoice once, and goes to Xero or QuickBooks if they're connected.
