- Connect In Settings, Accounting, press Connect next to QuickBooks and sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Choose the accounts Pick the sales account and the bank account payments go to.
- Let it run Invoices, customers and payments go across every few minutes, and payments matched in QuickBooks come back as paid.
- Another system? Using MYOB or something else? Download a file of invoices from Settings, Accounting to load into it.
