Let customers order, reorder and pick for themselves.

The customer portal

Customers see their orders, message you and reorder. About 3 minutes. On Shop and Pro, or an add-on on Starter.

  1. Turn it on Settings, Shop details, then Customer portal. It's off until you turn it on.
  2. Send a sign-in link From a customer's page, send a contact their sign-in link. There's no password to forget.
  3. Reorders come to you Reorders arrive as draft quotes for you to check before anything is confirmed.

Your order page

New customers pick a garment, add their logo and send it. About 3 minutes. On Shop and Pro.

  1. Turn it on Settings, Shop details, then Order page. Choose whether to show an estimate.
  2. Share the link Put the link on your website or social pages.
  3. Orders arrive as drafts Each order comes in as a draft quote, priced from your own lists, with the logo and mockup attached.

Club and school stores

Members order their own kit. You get one job. About 5 minutes. On Pro, or an add-on on Shop.

  1. Make the store Club stores, then New store. Add the garments, colours, sizes and prices.
  2. Open it Share the link. Members choose sizes, add names and numbers, and pay by card or later.
  3. Close it When it closes, every order becomes one job with a packing list for handing out.

Presentations

Send a few styles, and the customer picks. About 3 minutes. On Shop and Pro.

  1. Pick styles Presentations, then New. Choose styles from your catalogue and add a price note if you like.
  2. Send one link The customer ticks what they like, with colours and rough numbers.
  3. A draft quote is ready Their picks arrive as a draft quote with those styles, for you to price and send.

Online store orders

Paid orders from your online store come in by themselves. About 4 minutes. On Pro, or an add-on on Shop.

  1. Connect your store Settings, Online stores. Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace and Wix all work.
  2. Orders arrive Paid orders show in Online orders every ten minutes, read only. Nothing changes in your store.
  3. Make the quote Turn an order into a quote with the customer, sizes and colours filled in.
